Double Agents

We currently have openings for Double Agents. If you have extensive real world Asterisk experience combined with specialized application support (Vicidial, SugarCRM, SER, A2Billing, Queuemetrics, etc...) we'd love to hear from you. As a Double Agent you will be working in our custom application department supporting a wide range of customer needs. The ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). If you think you have what it takes to become a Double Agent please submit your resume for consideration.

Remote Agents

We are looking for Remote Agents with extensive CLI experience to support our remote customers. User must be comfortable working from the "command-line" interface. User must be knowledgeable with Linux & FreeBSD. English speaking is a must (Multi-Lingual Preferred - English/Spanish, English/Cantonese, English/Portuguese, etc..).

Live Support Agents

We are looking for Live Support Agents to help monitor our "Live-Support" desk. You will be responsible for responding to our online "Live-Support" requests from customers. English speaking is a must (Multi-Lingual Preferred - English/Spanish, English/Cantonese, English/Portuguese, etc..).

Instructors
