IBM’s Coremetrics division has selected Asterisk Agent to migrate them off of their existing Cisco Call Manager (CCM) and migrate them to an Asterisk based system. It was a pleasure working with them and we look forward to working with them again.

Asterisk Agent is proud to announce that we have deployed an Asterisk based system that is currently handling all "411" & "611" service to the entire island of America Samoa. The new system is servicing a population of 56 thousand people, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week and receiving thousands of calls daily. We also provided our customer with a custom reporting package to help better manage their call center environment. The second phase of the project will be the integration of the customer's CRM with Asterisk.

ISACorp chooses Asterisk Agent to support their Asterisk implementation. ISACorp won the contract for collecting inbound exit poll data calls for US presidential primaries/caucuses beginning January 2004 and presidential/congressional/governor elections in fall 2004.
The firm will handle about 50,000 total calls from exit pollsters at 1,400 precincts during general election November 2. With a combined 525 CATI-equipped station capacity, each precinct will make three calls reporting about 100 interview responses each, then will send the data to the primary computer system resident at Turner Broadcasting Company, Atlanta, for processing. Absentee voter screening will be conducted the week before on an outbound basis. Final voter results from a sample of 3,500 precincts to come via IVR after the polls close and the votes are counted.We are proud to represent them.
