It's a great solid state product tailored made for the VOIP market. We highly recommend it to anyone in the hosted PBX market. It takes all the headache out of deploying a hosted phone service.

IBM Selects Asterisk Agent

Asterisk Agent installs Asterisk based system servicing the entire island of America Samoa

Asterisk Agent is proud to announce that we have deployed an Asterisk based system that is currently handling all "411" & "611" service to the entire island of America Samoa. The new system is servicing a population of 56 thousand people, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week and receiving thousands of calls daily. We also provided our customer with a custom reporting package to help better manage their call center environment. The second phase of the project will be the integration of the customer's CRM with Asterisk.
