We are proud to announce that Product Response & Asterisk Agent have joined forces. We have used the JC-33 and have been very satisfied with its performance. It's a great solid state product tailored made for the VOIP market. We highly recommend it to anyone in the hosted PBX market. It takes all the headache out of deploying a hosted phone service.

IBM’s Coremetrics division has selected Asterisk Agent to migrate them off of their existing Cisco Call Manager (CCM) and migrate them to an Asterisk based system. It was a pleasure working with them and we look forward to working with them again.

We are happy to announce that Hautelook, one of our call center clients, has just been acquired by Nordstrom. We have worked closely with Hautelook throughout the years installing and maintaining our Asterisk call center solution into their call center environment. We look forward to working with Nordstrom.

Asterisk Agent is proud to announce that we have deployed an Asterisk based system that is currently handling all "411" & "611" service to the entire island of America Samoa. The new system is servicing a population of 56 thousand people, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week and receiving thousands of calls daily. We also provided our customer with a custom reporting package to help better manage their call center environment. The second phase of the project will be the integration of the customer's CRM with Asterisk.
